This qualification is designed for individuals who wish to work with children from birth to 5 years, and gain knowledge of children aged 5 to 7 years. It equips learners with the advanced skills required to work as Early Years Educators in nurseries, pre-schools, and reception classes. The course covers essential areas such as child development, safeguarding, health and safety, play and learning, and working in partnership with parents and professionals. Successful learners will be competent in planning, delivering, and evaluating activities that promote children’s development and well-being in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
